The work

  • Replace an existing outdoor air-conditioning unit at McCall Helibase.
  • Replace the existing coil in the north outdoor air-conditioning unit at Krassel District Office.
  • Replace an existing ceiling-mounted propane unit at Council Engine Bay.
  • Optional work repairs three systems at the Supervisor's Office, including an IT-room coil leak and communications issues, outdoor-air-system issues, pump monitoring, and installation of a three-phase power monitor and conditioner.
